What is your terms of packing?
1. All the packing can be customized.
2. Plastic bags for inner packing, good quality moisture-proof bags for outer packing.
What is your terms of payment?
We usually accept T/T as the main payment terms, and other payment can also be negotiated.T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
What is your terms of delivery?
FOB, CFR(CNF), CIF.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 15-20days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the freight cost. Sample order are welcome to quality test, if <10kg,needs extra $150 shipping fee and it will be returned in next order.
Can you deliver samples by sea or air?
Both are available. You can inform us your destination port firstly, then I will help you check the shipping cost and suggest suitable delivery way to you.
